Kasambahay Pay Slip (Philippines)
The pay slip the employer gives the kasambahay every pay day: the cash paid and every deduction (RA 10361, sec. 26). The SSS and PhilHealth shares of the kasambahay are computed from the monthly wage — none below ₱5,000. Print two: one for the kasambahay, one the employer keeps for three years.
