Before you trust PhilForms
Is PhilForms BIR-accredited?
No — and no such accreditation exists for software that makes certificates. RMC 29-2021 lets a withholding agent e-sign BIR 2304, 2306, 2307 and 2316 without BIR approval when the certificate is an exact replica of BIR's latest version, carries the payee's signature, is issued once, and any later copy says RE-PRINT. PhilForms never claims accreditation, approval or any tie to BIR.
Do you file my returns or certificates with BIR?
No. PhilForms fills the official forms and seals the PDF. You sign, give and file them through BIR's own channels. Where BIR requires you to e-file, file there: a mandated e-filer who files another way pays ₱1,000 per return plus 25% of the tax due (RR 5-2015).
Is this a government site? Will you ask for my BIR password?
No and never. PhilForms is not affiliated with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG or any agency. We never ask for your ORUS, eFPS or eBIRForms password. BIR's own site is bir.gov.ph.
What happens to the TINs and salaries I type?
TINs, SSS numbers and tax returns are sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173, section 3(l)). PhilForms keeps a value you type only when you choose to save it (a profile or a draft), encrypted. You can export everything and delete your account from Your data. The full policy: Privacy. How do I know a PDF is genuine?
Every PDF is sealed. Anyone can check one — and whether it was changed — on Verify. A certificate's later copies say RE-PRINT and keep the same document number.
Who runs it?

Will I get an invoice?
Yes: every paid checkout issues our own invoice with the business's registered name and address on it, listed on your account.
What if PhilForms goes away?
Your PDFs are ordinary PDFs: they work without us. Export your register and saved values at any time from Your data, and the certificate register as a CSV from Certificates.
