For a BAC or its secretariat: every supplier who answered your RFQ and their prices, side by side, with totals computed and compared to the ABC. The GPPB publishes no standard Abstract, so this is a template. The award is your BAC's decision.
You will need: Your agency, LGU or school as it appears on its letterhead; Optional: PNG or JPEG, up to 1 MB; One per line, in the order of the prices below; One per line: "Item | quantity | unit | price from the first supplier | price from the second …"; Exactly as typed above; One per line: "Name, position"; Optional: prints an approval line.
