You are buying a house, a lot or a condo unit and applying for a Pag-IBIG housing loan.

Housing loan application (HLF068): The application itself: you, the property, the loan you ask for, and your income.
Conformity on a new or subsequent housing loan (HLF409): Only if you are already a borrower or buyer on a Pag-IBIG housing account and are applying for another one: the other borrowers on that account sign their conformity.
