For bookkeepers who file for several clients
You fill the same forms for many clients, every month and every quarter. PhilForms keeps each client's details once and fills the official forms from them.

Each client's details, saved once
Save a client's TIN, registered name and address as a profile. Fill any form from it. Saved values are encrypted, and you can delete them any time (the fill studio, where your data goes).
A quarter's certificates in one go
Withholding agents give each payee a BIR Form 2307. With batch, you put one payee per row in a spreadsheet and get one sealed PDF per payee in a single ZIP. A row that cannot be filled does not stop the others, and the manifest says why (batch).
Your staff, your clients
Create an organization for your office and invite your staff. Give each person a role: owner, admin, member or viewer. Split the work into units. A unit can be a team, a project, or one client. Shared profiles and drafts stay inside the unit you share them with (organizations and units).
From your own spreadsheet or code
- Fill from Google Sheets with the script, or from Zapier, Make or Power Automate with a hook (automation). - Call the API from your own system. One request returns the filled, sealed PDF (developers).
Every client's deadlines
- Pick each client's situation as a form pack: micro business on 8%, graduated rate with percentage tax, small employer, online seller. Each pack lists its forms in order, with sourced deadlines and a calendar you can import. - The deadlines page shows every recurring BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and DOLE date for the next 12 months, by business type.
Every PDF can be checked
Each PDF is sealed. Anyone can check at /verify that it is the one issued and has not been changed since.
What PhilForms does not do
It fills forms. It does not file them with BIR or any agency, and it does not give tax advice. You sign and file.
