PhilHealth remittance report: Each month you remit PhilHealth premiums for your employees.

PhilHealth report of new employees: When you hire someone new.

Pag-IBIG membership contribution remittance (MCRF): Each month you remit Pag-IBIG contributions. Pag-IBIG takes the remittance schedule online (eSRS on Virtual Pag-IBIG, Circular 499-2026), so there is no paper form to fill.

TIN for a new employee: When a new hire has no TIN yet.

Renew your mayor's permit: business tax is due within the first 20 days of January (your city may extend it).

Not for: Large employers with payroll software (use the API or batch fills instead).
